Photo Story 3 is an excellent multi-media presentation tool, espcecially if you need something you can use without being online. It offers a convenient and user-friendly platform for adding music and/or audio narration to digital slide shows. It is also convenient to add text to images.
Photo Story 3 is a free program from Microsoft that was designed to work with Windows XP. It will also run in VISTA, as long as Vista has been set up properly.
Although Photo Story 3 is a standalone program, and not an online application, it is not difficult to upload videos created in Photo Story 3 to the interent so they can be shared with a global audience.
